Small nori leaves with a rich, salty taste. The seaweeds cultivated in fast-moving currents, giving it a unique texture and taste. Similar to Shincha tea, only the first shoots of the year are harvested and then roasted using a specific method to preserve their rich flavor and aroma. The seasoning is made with Awaji salt, known for its umami marine flavor, and cold-pressed sesame oil. This extraction method allows the oil to retain its nutritional qualities and the subtle aromas of sesame, while offering a richer texture on the palate. This blend provides a perfect balance between saltiness and umami that can be enjoyed on its own, as a snack or appetizer, accompanied by a beer or a glass of sake, but also in salads or bentos.
