Based in Kaizuka, Osaka Prefecture, Okumoto Seifun was founded in 1937 and incorporated in 1949. It cultivates an approach focused on ingredient quality and technical innovation at the service of bakery, patisserie and culinary professionals. Specializing in flour, premixes, doughs and fermented dough-based products, it develops recognized ranges, while promoting Osaka's artisanal know-how.
Mix the contents of the sachet with 250ml of water, add one egg and mix well. Cook the okonomiyaki for 3 to 4 minutes, turning halfway through with the ingredients of your choice. Once cooked, add the sauce of your choice (okonomiyaki sauce if you have it), a little mayonnaise, katsuobushi dried bonito shavings and aonori seaweed powder. Enjoy!
