This exceptional sake is made from "Omachi" rice, grown using the natural method advocated by M. Kimura Akino, famous for his work on fertilizer- and pesticide-free agriculture. This sake perfectly reflects the benefits of nature, and the purity of its production process.
The Omachi used is a traditional Okayama rice, renowned for its superior quality. Grown without any chemical intervention, this rice is then transformed into a pure, refined sake thanks to the expertise of Kikuchi Higashi, a renowned master brewer. This sake is a pure-rice daiginjo with 45% polished rice, resulting in a smooth texture and exceptional flavor.
Its floral, milky aroma creates an elegant olfactory experience, while its sweetness develops subtly to a clean finish. This sake, renowned for its ease of tasting, is particularly appreciated by those new to sake, and also lends itself to feminine tasting thanks to its delicacy and finesse.
A harmonious sake, appreciated for its ability to combine aromatic richness and subtlety, ideal for pure tasting or with fine foods.
