Made with "Gohyaku Mangoku" rice grown near the brewery, this sake perfectly combines ease of drinking with a deep, rich flavor. It is produced in the Miyama region of Kyoto, an area renowned for its excellent quality rice and natural environment. The sake comes from the Oishi Shuzo brewery in Tanba, a historic region renowned for its rice-growing and picturesque countryside. The brewery, located along the Kamigawa River, continues to produce traditional sake using the "kimoto" fermentation method with the expertise of experienced brewmasters. More details on this product

Nestled in the heart of the Kumamoto mountains, Ooishi Shuzo has been perpetuating the art of shochu since 1872. Bathed by the crystal-clear waters of the Kuma River and surrounded by nature's bounty, this family-run distillery combines its ancestral know-how with modern techniques to offer exceptional shochu.

Every drop of their production is a tribute to their terroir: carefully selected grains of rice, sometimes from their own crops, and fermentation mastered to reveal all their aromatic richness. Always in search of innovation, the brewery has pioneered the maturing of shochu in sherry and cognac casks, bringing unprecedented depth and roundness to their cuvées.
