Its mission is to combine tradition and innovation, producing sake that reflects the values of authenticity and craftsmanship. The brewery favors handcrafting, with passionate artisans overseeing every stage of production. The brewery is renowned for its refined flavours and multiple awards, the result of centuries-old know-how. The name "Fukukomachi" pays homage to the home region of the famous poetess Ononokomachi, and embodies the spirit of local history and culture.
