Founded in 1699 in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, Ninben is a key player in the katsuobushi (dried bonito) trade. For over 300 years, it has preserved its artisanal expertise while innovating to meet modern expectations. Its philosophy is based on the rigorous selection of raw materials and respect for traditional "hon-karebushi" production techniques, ensuring the highest quality of its products.
For 1 volume of dashi, add 7 to 9 volumes of water for a soup broth, or 6 volumes of water for a nishime or stew.
Store away from light and heat. After opening: Keep refrigerated and tightly sealed. Consume quickly.
