Collection: Kameya Foods
Located in Shimizu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Kameya Foods was founded in 1947 by a couple with no local ties, inspired by the purity of the Kakita spring water. True to regional flavors, the company carefully transforms the region’s bounty—Izu wasabi, vegetables from the foothills of Hakone, and seafood from Suruga—to create iconic condiments such as pickled wasabi, Kinzanji miso, and a variety of pickles.
