More details on this product
Located in Shimizu, in Shizuoka prefecture, Kameya Foods was founded in 1947 by a couple with no local ties, inspired by the purity of the Kakita spring waters. Faithful to regional flavors, the company carefully transforms the region's riches - wasabi from Izu, vegetables from the foothills of Hakone, marine products from Suruga - to create emblematic condiments such as pickled wasabi, Kinzanji miso and a variety of pickles.
