Plus de détails sur ce produit
Based in Shimizu, in Shizuoka Prefecture, Kameya Foods was founded in 1947 by a couple with no local ties, inspired by the purity of the Kakita spring water. True to regional flavors, the company carefully transforms the area’s bounty—Izu wasabi, vegetables from the foothills of Hakone, and seafood from Suruga—to create iconic condiments such as marinated wasabi, Kinzanji miso, and a variety of pickles.
Store away from light, heat, and moisture.
