One of Kayanoya’s flagship products is its dashi stock, an essential component of Japanese cuisine. In addition to its traditional dashi recipe made with dried bonito flakes, katsuobushi, and kombu seaweed, Kayanoya also offers powdered stocks suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.
