Plus de détails sur ce produit

What began as a small family business making soy sauce has grown into a famous and respected house. Founded in 1893, Kayanoya now specializes in producing high-quality food products, with a philosophy rooted in respect for ingredients, seasonality and Japanese culinary traditions, while favoring artisanal production methods.

One of Kayanoya’s flagship products is its dashi broth, an essential element of Japanese cuisine. In addition to its traditional dashi recipe made with dried bonito flakes, katsuobushi, and kombu seaweed, Kayanoya also offers powdered broths suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. Use the powdered vegetable, kombu seaweed or shiitake mushroom broth to create richly flavored dishes. These products are made with a focus on quality and authenticity, following traditional production methods. They are made without artificial flavors or preservatives.
