Collection: Yamaya

Located in Saito, in the heart of Miyazaki Prefecture, the Yamaya Distillery has been carrying on a legacy rooted in the local shochu-making tradition since 1956. Rooted in a region rich in myths and mineral-rich groundwater, it highlights ingredients such as imo kōgane sengan and “Kiyomizugane” spring water. True to artisanal methods, it combines ancient know-how, time-honored materials, and a spirit of innovation to create authentic shochu such as “Masaharu” and “Aizome,” as well as fruity liqueurs and original collaborations like the “Tsuyoku Are, Kyojin.”
