The chunky purée texture is just right, neither too runny nor too sticky. Very tasty and not too sweet. I eat it plain or as an accompaniment to fromage blanc. A real delight.
I tried this product by making the dorayaki recipe on the site and it was excellent. The texture with the pieces is great and the taste not too sweet. Now I'd like to try the chunk-free version too :)
