Founded in Hiroshima in 1922 under the name Sasaki Shoten, Otafuku Foods, Inc. traces its origins to the sake and soy sauce trade. In the 1950s, the company successively launched a Worcestershire sauce and an okonomiyaki sauce, as okonomiyaki were gaining popularity in Japan. Today, it is one of Japan’s leading manufacturers of seasoning sauces.

In a pan: Heat the pan, grease it, add the vegetables, then the noodles. Add the sauce and stir-fry for a few minutes.
In the microwave: Place the vegetables and noodles in a bowl, add the sauce, and heat for 5 minutes at 500 W.
