Produced in Japan by Tanaka Bussan, a specialist in the manufacture and distribution of flour-based products, located in Mie prefecture.
For 1 person: plunge 2 portions (120g) of soba into 1L of boiling water. Cook for 6min, stirring gently. Drain and rinse in cold water. Enjoy cold, zaru-style, with tsuyu sauce, or hot in a broth, with the accompaniments of your choice (tempura, chives, white daikon radish, grilled poultry, wasabi, sliced nori seaweed, etc.).
