The rounded shape of the pot has been specially designed to generate ideal convection. This allows each grain of rice to be cooked evenly, without overcooking or burning. What's more, the inner and outer lids create the perfect pressure inside the pot, preventing the contents from boiling and ensuring gentle pressure cooking, optimal for delicate rice. Its ceramic is highly resistant to extreme temperatures and can withstand temperature differences of up to 500 degrees Celsius. Thanks to its low water absorption rate, it also prevents unpleasant odors and food residues from binding, ensuring that there is no residual taste in your preparations. Designed for ease of use, the inside of the pot contains several reference lines, making it easy to measure the amount of rice and water to add for perfect cooking.

Reference lines inside the cooker allow you to measure rice and water. For 1 cup of rice, add water to the bottom line. For 2 cups of rice, add water up to the top line. You can also use the measuring cup supplied with the product. To cook 1 cup of rice, add 1 cup + 20 ml of water, and for 2 cups of rice, add 2 cups + 40 ml of water. Adjust the amount of water to suit your taste and different types of rice.
Do not use for deep frying. Do not heat without water. Handle and lid will be hot when heated. Use gloves to hold. Hold the cooker with both hands when transporting, as the ceramic cooker is heavy. Do not touch with a damp cloth or place in a damp place when hot, as rapid cooling may cause cracking. Do not heat with water filled to the brim. Be sure to heat steadily on the gas stove.
