With over 85 years' experience, Kanejo has been able to evolve by developing products such as fish broths and flakes, while preserving artisanal production.

1. Place 1 sachet in 500ml of water
2. Bring to the boil
3. Turn off the heat and leave to infuse for 5 min before removing the sachet.
