Plus de détails sur ce produit

Sencha is the favorite tea of the Japanese! It offers a fresh, light, and floral flavor that can be enjoyed both hot and cold. The young tea shoots are shaded for two weeks before harvesting to reduce their bitterness and intensify their characteristic aroma. Pleasant to enjoy both hot and cold, this tea is ideal at the end of a meal, accompanied by a red bean-based dessert for a typically Japanese snack.

Produced in Japan by Yamamasa Koyamaen, a tea specialist based in the Uji region, the birthplace of matcha, near Kyoto. The family business began producing tea in the 17th century. Its traditional techniques have been passed down from generation to generation to this day.

For one cup of tea:
3 g of sencha per 100 ml of water at 70°C.
Steep for 1 min 30 sec and enjoy!
For an iced version, steep overnight in the refrigerator.

Store in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. After opening: consume promptly.

100% green tea (Uji, Kyoto, Japan)
