Nicknamed "ghost rice" due to its great rarity, this rice, with its sticky, chewy texture, doesn't fall apart during cooking. Ideal for preparing desserts or dishes such as the traditional sekihan, a blend of glutinous rice and Japanese red beans also known as azuki.

It is committed to diversifying crops and optimizing production costs, while meeting the needs of the local market with innovative products such as processed rice and rice-based foods.

150g for 2 people
1. Wash the rice by hand until the water runs clear.
2. Place the rice in a saucepan and add 200ml of water.
3. Cover and bring to the boil. Lower the heat and cook for 10 min without removing the lid.
4. Turn off the heat and leave to rest for 10 min, still with the lid on.
5. Gently stir in the rice. Now it's ready!

Store away from light, heat and moisture.
