Based in Niigata, a region renowned for its rice and fermentations, Taiheido revisits local traditions through creative recipes. By combining doburoku (cloudy sake) and sweet koji, she offers an original curry that blends sweetness, umami depth and Japanese craftsmanship.
In a bain-marie: Place the unopened sachet in boiling water and heat for 5 to 7 minutes over low heat, then pour the contents of the sachet onto a plate, with the accompaniment of your choice. Be careful not to burn yourself when opening the sachet.
Microwave: Pour the contents of the sachet into a container and heat for 1min30 at 600w or 2minutes at 500w. Do not place the sachet directly in the microwave.
Store away from light, heat and moisture.
