A ready-to-use powdered broth for soups, sauces and other dishes. It's made from dried bonito, kombu and other traditional ingredients to create a rich, savory umami flavor. Its texture is light and powdery. It can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes, including soups, sauces, stews and stir-fries. To prepare broth, simply dissolve a teaspoon of powder in hot water and use as a base for dishes.

More than glutamate than dashi

You can't really taste the dashi, the granulated one is better but it can do the trick depending on the use.
