To prepare broth, simply dissolve a teaspoon of powder in hot water and use as a base for dishes.

Bring water to the boil in a saucepan, then reduce heat to low. Add 25g of powder to 500ml of water, leave on a low heat for 1min, switch off and leave for 10min. All that's left to do is filter the broth and you're ready to go.
