An easy-to-make umami powdered broth made from dried shiitake mushrooms and kombu seaweed. An excellent substitute for fish broths for vegetarians and vegans. It has a savory umami taste, with earthy and slightly salty notes. The powder dissolves easily in hot water, giving a smooth, silky texture. It can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes, such as soups, stews and sauces. It can also be used to season rice and vegetables.
