Cherry blossoms preserved in salt brine. These flowers add a touch of elegance to all your dishes. They are carefully harvested from Seki-Yama cherry trees in the mountains of Kanagawa, then preserved in brine to retain their beauty and freshness. Once rinsed, they are perfect for accompanying light soups, traditional confections such as mochi, or for making "sakura gohan," or sakura rice.
