Plus de détails sur ce produit
George Ohsawa was a Japanese philosopher born in 1893 who founded the macrobiotic movement. He sought to introduce the philosophy of yin and yang into diet, based on the belief that a healthy diet could remedy all ills. Believing that forcing oneself to eat only healthy foods without enjoying them made it impossible to maintain such a diet indefinitely, the Ohsawa group, founded in 1945, continues his work by distributing only macrobiotic products that are both good for the body and pleasing to the palate.
