The brown sugar comes from the island of Hateruma, in the Okinawa archipelago, renowned for the quality of its sugar production. This product highlights Okinawa's unique diet and can be used in a variety of recipes and menus, from traditional Japanese cuisine to more international dishes such as French or Asian cuisine. Used for 15 years in the archipelago's restaurants, this syrup lends itself to a multitude of uses, whether simply poured and mixed, in marinades, as a sauce base or even in drinks. Committed to an eco-responsible approach, this syrup is packaged in a glass bottle, which is recycled using a sustainable process that has been in place for over 20 years.
