⋅ Maceration for 2 years
⋅ Sweet, fruity flavor
⋅ Thick texture
⋅ Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fruit tarts

This delicate, refined liqueur is made from Shimizu Hakuto peaches, famous for their melt-in-the-mouth flesh and natural sweetness. Produced in the Okayama region, renowned for the exceptional quality of its fruit, this liqueur captures all the intensity and freshness of the fruit. Carefully selected peaches are peeled and cut by hand, then macerated for two years in distilled alcohol. This process allows the aromas to develop fully, resulting in a silky, nectar-like texture. Slightly sweet, with no bitterness, this liqueur stands out for its gourmet nose and fresh, velvety mouthfeel. The alcohol is subtle and discreet, leaving plenty of room for the natural flavors of the fruit. This liqueur is best enjoyed chilled, in a wine glass. It can also be enjoyed in cocktails with tonic or sparkling wine. It also goes well with desserts, especially fruity ones. This liqueur can be cellared for several years. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within a few weeks, remembering to shake well before serving!
