Kaishindo is a traditional Japanese confectionery, founded in the XVIIᵉ century, specializing in the manufacture of yokan, a sweet jelly made from red azuki beans. Located in Owase, Mie prefecture, it is renowned for its craftsmanship and quality products.
Among its creations, Kaishindo offers yokan assortments in a variety of flavors, including kuromitsubrown sugar sirup muscovado), sesame, walnut, matcha, salt and natural. These sweets are ideal for discovering the richness of Japanese flavors, or for giving as gifts.
