Maeda, founded in 1924 and located in Uwajima in the Ehime region, specializes in the manufacture of cereal-based food products, particularly barley and rice. The company places particular emphasis on the use of local and natural ingredients, without additives or colorants. Mix half the mixture (200g) with 1 egg and 200ml milk in a bowl. Heat a frying pan with a little fat, pour in some of the mixture and cook the pancakes for about 3min on each side.
