Kobayashi Noodle is a noodle manufacturing company founded in 1947 in Gifu, specializing in the production of fresh noodles. It stands out for its innovation, particularly with gluten-free rice flour noodles. The company takes pride in its commitment to safety and quality and is ISO 9001 certified. Since 2015, it has been recognized for its gluten-free noodles, making it one of the few companies in Japan to produce noodles made entirely from rice flour.

Instructions

For 1 person: place 1 portion of noodles in 550 ml of boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring gently. Add 1 soup packet at the end of cooking. Serve in a bowl with your choice of toppings (chives, bean sprouts, egg, bell pepper, ...) and enjoy immediately.
Adjust the cooking time and firmness of the noodles to your taste.

Store away from light, heat, and moisture.

Parfait pour manger bien et sur le pouce ! Il faut simplement ajouter des toppings pour que cela soit plus gourmand

Pas mauvais mais la couleur presque fluo des pâtes me laisse perplexe...

Les pâtes de riz ne sont pas vraiment japonaise du coup Très heureux de trouver ces ramen instantanés sans gluten.

Formidable nouilles de riz.

Je ne mange pas de gluten et îles nouilles de riz ne sont pas vraiment japonaises. Je suis très heureuse de trouver ces ramens sans gluten. Et pour ne rien gâcher ils n’ont rien à envier au ramen traditionnels.
