A thick sauce with a sweet and spicy flavor, ideal for glazing your grilled meats. It is made from soy sauce, to which wine vinegar and kombu seaweed are added to create a deep, balanced flavor. Very thick, it’s easy to use and gives dishes a perfect sheen.

Founded in 1772 by Chobei Muroya, Yamagen Jozo is a brewery specializing in the artisanal production of miso, soy sauce and koji.
