A thick sauce with a sweet and spicy taste, ideal for topping your grills. It's made from soy sauce, to which wine vinegar and kombu seaweed are added to create a deep, balanced flavor. Very thick, it's easy to use and gives a perfect sheen to preparations.

Founded in 1772 by Chobei Muroya, Yamagen Jozo is a brewery specializing in the artisanal production of miso, soy sauce and koji.
