Based in Unzen, on the Shimabara Peninsula, the company has specialized in the production of handmade noodles since its foundation. Using traditional manufacturing methods, each noodle is carefully crafted, producing up to 260,000 kg of noodles a year. The two-day manufacturing process guarantees noodles with an authentic taste and a firm, smooth texture.
Cook 100g noodles in 800ml boiling water for 2 minutes, stirring gently. Rinse in cold water to remove the starch. You can eat them cold, with a men-tsuyu sauce, or hot in a broth.
Store away from light, heat and moisture.
