These white sesame seeds are carefully selected and roasted before being ground to bring out their flavor. White sesame is an excellent source of nutrients, including plant-based protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Ohsawa’s organic white sesame seeds are grown using organic farming methods, without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. These sesame seeds can be used to make white sesame paste, a popular Japanese condiment used in many dishes, sauces, marinades, and soups. They can also be sprinkled on vegetable dishes, salads, and soups to add extra flavor and texture. Ohsawa’s roasted and ground organic white sesame seeds are produced without artificial additives or preservatives.

Plus de détails sur ce produit
George Ohsawa was a Japanese philosopher born in 1893 who founded the macrobiotic movement. He sought to introduce the philosophy of yin and yang into diet, based on the belief that a healthy diet could remedy all ills. Believing that forcing oneself to eat only healthy foods without enjoying them made it impossible to maintain such a diet indefinitely, the Ohsawa group, founded in 1945, continues his work by distributing only macrobiotic products that are both good for the body and pleasing to the palate.
