⋅ Sake base for a round, refined sweetness
⋅ Enjoy fresh, over ice or with sparkling water
⋅ Ideal as an aperitif, with dessert or cheese

Made from fresh green plums from Minami-Shinshu, one of Japan's great fruit-growing regions, this umeshu is made with a base of Japanese sake rather than shochu, giving it a delicate roundness and unique aromatic depth. It perfectly blends the lively acidity of plums with the natural sweetness of sake, creating a refined, refreshing balance. With its moderate alcohol content, it can be enjoyed chilled, over ice, or with sparkling water for a light touch. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany desserts and mature cheeses, it offers an elegant, authentic taste experience.
