Ingredients
- umeshu (6 cl)
- Sparkling sake (6 cl) like Awayuki
- Sparkling water: 8 cl
- 1 grapefruit zest (optional)
- Ice cubes, of course!
Directions
- Fill the tall glass with ice cubes
- Pour in half the sparkling water (for optimum effervescence, choose fresh, sparkling water).
- Add umeshu and sparkling sake
- Top up with the other half of the sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish the glass with a long grapefruit zest for an extra aromatic touch (optional).
- Serve immediately for a fresh, sparkling drink!
