Recipe Cocktail Spritzu

Ingredients

  • umeshu (6 cl)
  • Sparkling sake (6 cl) like Awayuki
  • Sparkling water: 8 cl
  • 1 grapefruit zest (optional)
  • Ice cubes, of course!

Directions

  1. Fill the tall glass with ice cubes
  2. Pour in half the sparkling water (for optimum effervescence, choose fresh, sparkling water).
  3. Add umeshu and sparkling sake
  4. Top up with the other half of the sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish the glass with a long grapefruit zest for an extra aromatic touch (optional).
  6. Serve immediately for a fresh, sparkling drink!
