Founded in 1913 by the Goto family in Kitakyushu, Goto Shoyu is an iconic brand specializing in the production of soy sauce and miso. Nestled in a rich natural setting between the sea and mountains, the Kitakyushu region inspires the brand to create authentic seasonings that enhance everyday meals.
Goto Shoyu carefully selects ingredients from specific regions, such as “Fukuyutaka” soybeans from Fukuoka, “Chikugoizumi” wheat from Fukuoka, and “Sakito” salt from Nagasaki, ensuring safety and peace of mind for its consumers. Superbe sur un crudo de daurade !

This is one of my favourite vinegars ever! A little salty and containing the tomato pulp - I use it every time I make a salad! A real must - have in my kitchen.
