Katsuobushi is one of the basic ingredients in Japanese cuisine. Characterized by its intense Umami taste, it is used in particular to make Dashi, a broth which serves as the basis for many Japanese dishes and sauces. It is also consumed in soup, with miso or algae. The addition of Shiitaké and Kombu algae, two ingredients rich in Umami, brings softness and come to balance this broth rich in taste.

Very easy to use thanks to its powdered format and 5 individual sachets, you just have to soak a bag of dashi in 400 ml of water for 3 to 4 minutes to easily enjoy the taste of an authentic dashi Japanese effortlessly.

Spécialisée dans les produits à base de bonite, l'histoire de Shinmarusho remonte à 1933 lorsque Masasaku Kuno commence à vendre du Katsuobushi aux restaurants qui se trouve dans la ville de Yaizu, près de Shizuoka. L'entreprise reçoit le label JAS de l'État japonais en 1971, puis la certification EUHACCP en 2019 qui lui permet d'exporter ses produit sur le marché européen.
