Once used by the Japanese as a remedy for illness, azuki beans are a healthy food, low in fat but rich in fiber and minerals, which means they have a beneficial effect on the body. It helps prevent hypertension, anaemia and stroke, while helping to reduce cholesterol and relieve stomach aches.
Founded in 1939 in Matsue, Shimane prefecture, where tea culture is omnipresent, Senchaso stands out for the expertise of its tea masters, who carefully select tea leaves from local Japanese producers to create their own blends. Senchaso was the first to offer a blend of sencha with matcha.
Infuse 1 sachet in 300ml of water at 95°C for 3 minutes.
You can also infuse cold for 3 hours.
