Once used by the Japanese as a remedy for illnesses, the azuki bean is a healthy, low-fat food rich in fiber and minerals, allowing it to benefit the body. It helps prevent hypertension, anemia, and strokes, while also helping to reduce cholesterol and relieve stomach aches.
Founded in 1939 in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture, where tea culture is deeply rooted, Senchaso stands out for the expertise of its tea masters, who carefully select tea leaves from local Japanese producers to create their own blends. It was notably the first to offer a blend of sencha and matcha.
