An infusion with a deep, smoky taste, obtained by blending four ingredients native to Kyushu: Japanese hydrangea and medlar leaves, which bring a sweet, roasted flavor, and turmeric and cinnamon leaves, offering spicy notes. This infusion is locally produced in Kagoshima, on the island of Kyushu. Japanese medlar leaves are processed according to a patented method: they are cleaned of impurities, sun-dried, then roasted with tourmaline. This unique process preserves their polyphenols, making this drink particularly healthy thanks to its natural antioxidant effects. It can be enjoyed hot or cold, at any time of day.
