Kyozuke, located in Kameoka, Kyoto, was founded in 1918 and is renowned for its high-quality tsukemono (canned vegetable) products. From the outset, the company has been committed to additive-free manufacturing, respecting traditional Kyoto methods. In 2020, the fourth generation introduced a unique process, growing and producing vegetables for tsukemono on their own farm, guaranteeing total quality control. Kyozuke offers a wide range of products, including organic and reduced-salt options, while expanding into the international market.
