A miso containing oats which gives it sweetness in the mouth. Miso is a fermented soybean paste, rich in protein and characterized by an umami taste. It is made by fermenting soy, rice and salt with oats in wooden barrels for several months. The kôji rice ferments present in miso make it a living product that continues to refine over time. The oats add sweetness to the miso, making it very easy to use: you can use it in soups, in dengaku-style sauces, in curries, or on carpaccio.

My leeks in miso sauce are blushing with delight! My other pan-fried vegetables are loudly demanding their right to gluten-free oat miso!
An absolute delight that transforms your dishes. A must-have in your refrigerator.
One of the best miso I've ever tasted, mild and delicate, but with a pronounced, flavourful taste.
