A blend of glutinous barley of the Kirarimochi variety, characterized by its taste, much appreciated by the Japanese, as well as its ability not to brown when cooked. It is characterized by its very tender texture, which makes for a delicious blend, even when eaten cold. Simply mix this blend with rice in a ratio of 1/2 and follow the usual cooking instructions to make it richer in taste and nutrients.
