⋅ Spicier than French mustard
⋅ Perfect for mixing into sauces and broths
⋅ Ideal for serving with grilled meat and fish
⋅ A great alternative to your traditional mustard

This traditional Japanese mustard is made from ground mustard seeds and vinegar. It has a bold flavor with a hint of sweetness. It comes in an easy-to-use tube, making it simple to measure out the right amount of mustard for each dish. It is commonly used as an accompaniment to meat dishes, sushi, tempura, natto, and soba noodles. It can also be used as an ingredient in sauces, salad dressings, and marinades to add a strong, spicy flavor.
