⋅ Perfect cold with a men's sauce

⋅ 3 portions
These udon noodles are distinguished by their firm, smooth texture, achieved through the technique of stretching the wheat flour dough by hand.
These noodles are perfect for classic udon dishes, such as hot udon in a dashi broth, or cold udon (zaru udon) served with a sauce based on soy sauce and grated daikon. Gokuhira nobe udon is also excellent with toppings such as tempura, grilled chicken or pork.
