⋅ Saké honjozo
⋅ Practical can format for discovering
⋅ Mild, refreshing taste served chilled, umami in a hot version
⋅ Packaging guarantees the freshness of the saké
This saké honjozo in a can pays tribute to the famous "Omagari no Hanabi" fireworks festival, held every summer in the town of Daisen, Akita prefecture. Its firework motifs capture the atmosphere of Japanese summer festivals.
This honjozo sake is brewed from a local Akita prefectural rice called Menkoi-na, polished to 65%, then fermented with a local Akita yeast. It is then pasteurized just once after bottling, to preserve all its freshness and aromas.
Served well-chilled, it reveals its soft, refreshing character, ideal for the summer season. Reheated, it develops a more pronounced umami richness. Its temperature versatility and pleasant texture make it suitable for a wide range of consumption occasions.
Its aluminum format, resistant to light and humidity, is easy to transport and unbreakable. Perfect for festivals, picnics, barbecues or outdoor activities, it can be easily cooled in a cooler or river.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health, and should be consumed in moderation. Ordering alcohol is reserved for people of legal age, in accordance with the legislation in force in your country.
