A junmai sake with a fresh, lively, and dry taste, made from Menkoina rice and fermented with Kyokai No. 901 yeast. Its dry and incisive profile can be enjoyed both hot and cold. It pairs perfectly with traditional Japanese meat and fried dishes such as karaage, tonkatsu, and okonomiyaki. This sake won a silver medal at the 2019 International Wine Challenge (IWC) in the junmai category.
