This effervescent sake, acclaimed by sommeliers around the world, is distinguished by its freshness and citrus-like acidity. The generous use of white koji in its manufacture enables the expression of a complex acidity, different from that of traditional sake. The fine, delicate bubbles harmoniously envelop the sweetness of the rice and the acidity of the white koji. It's perfect as an aperitif with cured ham and cheese, or as an accompaniment to seafood such as white fish and oysters. It can also be used to create cocktails by mixing it with grapefruit juice, offering an innovative tasting experience. Because of its distinctive "Shuku" logo, it is also a popular choice for celebrations and gifts.
