Plus de détails sur ce produit
Based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Morita traces its roots back to sake brewing in 1665. Officially established in its current form in 2004, it continues an age-old tradition of producing sake, miso, soy sauces, vinegars, and other fermented seasonings. True to Japan’s culinary heritage, it combines artisanal traditions—such as fermentation in wooden barrels on Shōdoshima Island—with modern innovations to offer a complete range of products emblematic of the region.
