Made in Japan by Shinshu Togakushi Soba, a family-run company specializing in noodle production since the postwar period, they are produced in the Nagano region, which is renowned for the quality of its buckwheat.
For 1 person: Add 100g of soba to 1L of boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes and 30 seconds, stirring gently. Drain and rinse with cold water. Enjoy cold, zaru-style, with tsuyu sauce, or hot in a broth with the accompaniments of your choice (tempura, chives, daikon radish, grilled poultry, wasabi, sliced nori seaweed, etc.).
Adjust the cooking time and firmness of the noodles to your taste.
Beware of the risk of boiling over during cooking.
Store away from light, heat, and moisture.
