Produced in Japan by Tanaka Bussan, a specialist in the manufacture and distribution of flour-based products, located in Mie prefecture.
For 1 person: plunge 1 portion of sômen into 1L of boiling water. Cook for 1 minute, stirring gently. Drain and rinse in cold water. Serve immediately.
