•Ideal for traditional infusions or lattes.
•Enhances desserts and pastries
A matcha with fresh, vegetal notes and a subtle hint of bitterness, produced under the JAS label. It is made from young tea shoots grown in Shimane Prefecture on the island of Honshu, shaded for 30 days to develop an intense green color and a rich umami taste thanks to theanine and chlorophyll. After harvesting, the leaves are steamed and dried flat, preserving their delicacy. Perfect for brewing with water or milk in a latte, it can also enhance desserts and pastries, adding a refined and aromatic vegetal touch to all your creations.

For one cup of traditional matcha: 2 g to 75 ml of water at 70℃. Pour the water over your matcha and stir vigorously with a "chasen" matcha whisk. When foam forms on the surface, you can enjoy.
